Park Rules

General Rules

  • Quiet hours are Sun – Thurs 8 PM to 8 AM and Fri – Sat 10 PM to 8 AM.
  • Speed limit in the resort in 10 MPH.
  • Open fires are prohibited except in BBQ pits, above ground fire pits, or community provided fire pit.
  • Utility trailers and boats are allowed at an additional charge upon management approval.
  • RV’s must be less than 10 years old and must be in excellent condition.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 2 weeks or more before the arrival date will be refunded the $200 deposit.
  • Cancellations less than 2 weeks from arrival date may not be refunded the $200 deposit.
  • Refunds in full or prorated are not provided for an early departure.

Pet Policy

  • No more than 2 pets per RV unless approved by management.
  • All pets must be up to date on all vaccinations. Proof of vaccinations must be available upon request.
  • Large dog breeds are not permitted without management approval. Any dog over 50 lbs. may be subject to this restriction.
  • All pets must be on a leash no longer than 6 ft. and may not be left unattended when outside of their RV.
  • Dogs may run freely when inside of the designated dog park area but must not be left without adult supervision.
  • Guests MUST clean up after their pets immediately, removing any waste from their site or anywhere within The Resort property.
  • Pets are not allowed inside the Clubhouse or Laundry room and are prohibited from the Pool area.
  •  Any pet other than a dog or cat must first be approved by Management
