Park Rules

Quiet hours are Sun – Thurs 8 PM to 8 AM and Fri – Sat 10 PM to 8 AM.

Speed limit in the resort in 10 MPH.

Open fires are prohibited except in BBQ pits, above ground fire pits, or community provided fire pit.

Utility trailers and boats are allowed at an additional charge upon management approval.

RV’s must be less than 10 years old and must be in excellent condition.

Cancellations made 2 weeks or more before the arrival date will be refunded the $200 deposit.

Cancellations less than 2 weeks from arrival date may not be refunded the $200 deposit.

Refunds in full or prorated are not provided for an early departure.

No more than 2 pets per RV unless approved by management.

All pets must be up to date on all vaccinations. Proof of vaccinations must be available upon request.

Large dog breeds are not permitted without management approval. Any dog over 50 lbs. may be subject to this restriction.

All pets must be on a leash no longer than 6 ft. and may not be left unattended when outside of their RV.

Dogs may run freely when inside of the designated dog park area but must not be left without adult supervision.

Guests MUST clean up after their pets immediately, removing any waste from their site or anywhere within The Resort property.

Pets are not allowed inside the Clubhouse or Laundry room and are prohibited from the Pool area.

Any pet other than a dog or cat must first be approved by Management.
